WE ARE FIREFIT HQ — Carluke’s first dedicated functional fitness facility, built to bring a new level of training to our community.
What started as local fitness classes has grown into something bigger. We built a strong, committed community right here in Carluke — now, we’re turning up the heat with our own purpose-built gym. FIREFIT HQ is where dedication meets opportunity, offering everything you need to train harder, smarter, and stronger.
Our facility features a full functional fitness area ideal for HYROX and CrossFit-style workouts, a dedicated strength room for those who love to lift heavy, and a fully-equipped boxing suite for high-intensity combat training. Every space is designed to challenge you, support your goals, and fuel your progress.

Dylan and Scott are the driving force behind FireFit HQ. After over a year of running high-energy FireFit classes and building a strong, supportive community, they decided it was time to take things to the next level.
Dylan is a passionate fitness enthusiast and a qualified boxing coach who brings energy, discipline, and expert technique to every class. His dedication to boxing and functional training inspires everyone to push their limits and stay motivated.
Scott is an all-round fitness fanatic with Level 2 and 3 qualifications in fitness instruction, known for his versatile training style and commitment to helping others reach their goals.
Together, they’ve created a space where hard work, community, and a love for training come first. FireFit HQ is just the beginning.

- PERSONAL TRAINER -
Hey everyone, I’m Claire a personal trainer, online coach and mum to three girls, so I get how hard it can be to find time for yourself. I specialise in supporting plus size women and busy mums to build strength, confidence, and constancy without fad diets or unrealistic expectations. What makes this my specialty? Well I’ve been there and still on my own fat loss journey. I was always the bigger girl of the group but getting my own personal trainer a few years ago and the help she gave me made me want to help others so I jumped in and done my personal training and gym instructing qualifications. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into fitness, or navigating life as a new mum (I’m pre & postnatal qualified too!), I’m here to help you feel strong, supported and unstoppable!

Hey, I’m Matty – also known as Stoafitness – and I’m excited to be part of the FireFit coaching crew!
I’m a newly qualified Personal Trainer (REPS Level 2 & 3) with a lifelong passion for sport and performance. Whether it’s lifting in the gym or tackling hard on the rugby field, I bring energy, discipline, and a love for pushing limits.
My coaching is rooted in Stoic values: show up, stay consistent, and embrace the challenge. You don’t need to be perfect — just committed. That’s where progress happens.

Hey, I’m Morgan and I’m one of the Personal Trainers and Online Coaches at FireFit.
I started coaching in 2021 and since then have helped 100s of women create fulfilment in their health and fitness journey.
My love for all things fitness started super young and it’s only grown as I’ve grown. It’s now my goal to show all women how your health and fitness isn’t dictated by numbers on the scale or in a calorie tracking app, but dictated by the fulfilment and happiness you feel in who you become and what you’re able to achieve. I truly believe that making your health and fitness a priority levels up your entire life, and my clients are proof of that!

- PERSONAL TRAINER -
Hey, I'm Sarah! I'm a level 2 and 3 qualified personal trainer. I love all things health and fitness and there is no better feeling than helping people towards their fitness goals. I have real passion for functional style training and weightlifting, but I have knowledge in lots of different styles of training too. I’m also a Mum, so I have that experience of what it’s like to be a busy parent and trying to also focus on your health and fitness. I've been through a weight loss journey myself, and I know how valuable that knowledge of a coach can be in guiding you and helping you along the way. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, building strength, improving your fitness levels, or just to feel better and healthier overall, I can help you towards it.
